    To get on board, you'll need experience within a studio environment, fluency with InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, plus excellent retouching skills, knowledge of print production, a good understanding of responsive websites (experience in Powerpoint, Word & Keynote would also be useful) and the ability to turn work around quickly and accurately.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Client & delivery:
    • Work as a member of the client service team to identify client needs and address them with strategic recommendations of AIA digital products and services
    • Act as the key point of contact for your clients; escalate, track and solve client issues

    The Account Manager manages the client relationship within their portfolio, effectively driving relationships and playing a pivotal role that knits all client activity together. The Account Manager will work closely with the Client Strategist to drive new ideas and ensure that all work adheres to the long-term vision for that account.     Media Account Executive

    Working within the Media team and reporting to a Media Strategy Director, you will be responsible for the planning, buying, implementation and management of integrated Media campaigns (across traditional/digital/search/social/programmatic) across our client base.

    You will join a team of media experts to deliver the highest quality recruitment marketing campaigns for our global client base and will be expected to present media plans and research internally and potentially to our clients.

    Having a passion for media and a curiosity about the roles/industries and geographies we work in, will be key to success in this role.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    You will work with your media colleagues, helping us to drive our media and metrics offering and deliver ROI for clients, as well as the business, in all advertising activities.

    You may be working across traditional media, digital display media, biddable media (search/programmatic and paid social) or a mix of all media channels – therefore some of the tasks and responsibilities will have more relevance to your role than others (dependent on your specialism).

    • Media and trends

      You will maintain a depth of knowledge about the range of media options available, including Print, Out-of-home, Online, Social & Biddable media. In doing this you will develop and maintain relationships with local and international media suppliers. You will keep an eye on innovation at all times, including developments in new technology and mobile solutions. 

    • Education: internal awareness and advice

      As part of the wider client delivery team you will provide key insights and direction around best practice, to ensure the potential of media is realised by colleagues around the business. You will also share knowledge around thought leadership on the trends of media, both internally and externally. 

    • Media Planning & Buying

      You will work with the Media team to deliver media planning and buying for our clients – integrating a variety of media channel activity where applicable. Working with the Media Account Managers and Media Strategy Director, you will create cutting-edge, relevant media schedules with rationales that meet (or exceed) the brief, to sometimes challenging deadlines. You will need to present to internal and external clients in a convincing way, whilst having the ability to identify opportunities for up-selling where possible. You will ensure the media channels WIP is updated weekly, checking and updating the centralised media email accounts for your team as appropriate, and responding to requests promptly. You will provide research support on local and international markets for use with the planning process.

    • Tenders/Pitches

      Under the guidance of the Media Strategy Director you may be asked to contribute information to tenders, proposals, pitch and strategy documents and meetings.

    • Commercial Awareness

      As part of the media planning process, you will negotiate and media buy with media suppliers to ensure the maximum revenues are achieved. You will have an understanding of the media team’s commercial priorities whilst remaining media-neutral in your recommendations. 

    • Paid search management and optimisation

      You will plan, implement and monitor paid search campaigns. You will ensure that all client goals and needs are met, to deadline, whilst managing client budgets and expectations. Through extensive research you will produce keyword lists and create compelling ad copy for campaigns.

    • Paid social management and optimisation

      Paid social is a fast growing area of our business and as such, you will have to be able to deliver and develop our client’s social offering (e.g. via Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn), ensuring that all campaigns meet our clients’ objectives.

    • Programmatic

      You will be expected to get up to speed with the Programmatic world in order to be able to plan, brief and liaise with the TB360 or 3rd party trading desks. You will also be able to review the campaign, manage the reporting and feedback results to our clients.

    • Campaign optimisation and reporting

      You will ensure that all campaigns are optimised by assessing their performance through timely qualitative and quantitative analysis and taking necessary actions. You will be expected to report on and present campaign performance and developments on agreed timescales.

    Working within the Media & Metrics team and reporting to the Media Strategy Director, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of Metrics and Media Planning/Buying (across all channels – trad to biddable).

    You must have a genuine interest in media and digital marketing and a basic understanding of search marketing, analytics and media, however additional training will be provided during this internship.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    You will support the media, search and analysis team, helping us to drive our media, search and analysis offering within the communications sector and deliver ROI for clients as well as the business in all advertising activities.

    Implementation of campaigns
    • You will work with the internal teams to understand each campaign/project and its objectives.
    • Working with your Metrics colleagues you will deliver tracking the success of these campaigns - assisting the set-up of online campaigns on Ad-serving platforms and offline media using web analytics.
    • You will liaise with the web development team to ensure web pages are tagged correctly and the media to ensure all inventory is live and tags are working correctly.
    Management of small scale search campaigns
    • After training and with guidance, you will create, implement, optimise and manage the development of small scale campaigns across multiple networks. This will include on-going testing of all placements and redirects.
    • Through research, with training, you will produce keywords for paid search campaigns and create compelling ads for clients.
    • You will ensure that all client goals and needs are met whilst managing client budgets and keyword lists.
    Media Planning & Buying
    • With training, you will be able to approach all the main media channels for planning and work with the team deliver media planning efficiently.
    • You will also be able to plan small scale campaigns (online and off-line) and negotiate with media to ensure the best margins are obtained.
    • You will provide research support on local and international markets for use withi the planning process.
    Management of Analysis Reporting Schedule/delivery of data
    • Using the Google product, DoubleClick for Advertisers, you will learn to report on the raw data obtained and integrate these into pre-populated client dashboards.
    • Metrics also includes that of client websites as well as social listening, for the creation of benchmarks against client competitors. You will help deliver data reports in agreed formats to key stakeholders and clients to deadlines.
    Optimisation and reporting
    • You will assist in ensuring that all campaigns are optimised by assessing their performance through timely qualitative and quantitative analysis.
    • You will learn to report and present on campaign performance and developments on agreed timescales.
    • Using the statistics and reports generated by the tools you will have at your disposal, at the end of your internship you will be able to create, deliver and analyse dashboards as well as write customised reports and present findings to clients (internal and external) on agreed deadlines.

    The position of Project Co-ordinator is to support the Project Management team on large, complex projects alongside managing their own smaller projects to deliver comprehensive solutions to our client base. You will be able to manage time and budget and possess a thorough understanding of project management in all its forms (from small scale digital projects to more traditional photo/video/print/collateral delivery).

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Manage several projects at once, including working with client service colleagues in terms of communications, scope, timeline and budget throughout all phases.
    • Define project requirements, produce cost estimates, SOW’s, and timelines, resulting in proposals that meet clients’ needs; develop project plans and successfully deliver those plans.
